Acer F1, with Windows Mobile 6.5
In addition to Android devices, Acer plans to continue launching terminals equipped with Windows Mobile, as demonstrated by Computex with the Acer F1, with features that are beyond the usual average.
We can compare it with the Toshiba TG01, since both work on the Snapdragon platform, with a 1 GHz processor, which makes their brute force really high and that they offer good performance both in normal use and in graphic power.
The screen is not badly equipped either, since it comes with a * 3.8 inch * s with a resolution of 800 × 480 pixels, something that has become almost a standard in high-end computers with Windows Mobile, especially if, as in this case, it comes with version 6.5 of this operating system.
The rest of its features include the 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, the receiver GPS and compatible 3G connectivity HSDPA, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. On its front we find a series of touch controls and another camera for video conferencing.
It is not yet decided if the Acer F1 will come with the standard Windows Mobile 6.5 interface or if its manufacturer will add an additional layer on top, as many others are doing, but it is expected that by the end of the year it will be ready to go on sale. .
