BlackBerry Curve 8520 in Spain

The new BlackBerry Curve 8520 is now official in Spain. It will arrive from the hand of Vodafone in September.

The main recipients of this Blackberry Curve 8520 are consumers who have not had a RIM before. It is the brand's commitment to suddenly enter a market in which multimedia touch phones are the most sought after.

In fact, it will be available in two colors, black and metallic blue, very striking and little professional the latter. Also swapping the trackball for a trackball more like a laptop is a risky bet. To end its approach to a less common audience for the brand, it is the first BlackBerry smartphone that offers integrated multimedia keys on top of the computer.

The permanent connection to social networks, mail and messaging will be the maximum of the Curve 8520. That's where RIM can offer the most given its extensive experience in total connectivity. The keyboard will help it QWERTY complete, which should convince those who are not quite comfortable with the virtual on-screen keyboard of most current phones.

The Curve 8520 incorporates a 2 megapixel only camera with video recording function, and media player for music, photos and videos, with 3.5 mm stereo headphone output. The device comes with BlackBerry Media Sync, which enables fast synchronization from iTunes or Windows Media Player with the phone.

Connectivity is what this phone loosens the most, because RIM has chosen to offer a device like the ones before, with WiFi but without 3G, having to settle for a GPRS connection /EDGEIncidentally, it worked very well when 3G networks were something of the future.
