Electronic graffiti or deferred geo-SMS

You get to the corner where you meet ... let's say your girlfriend, and you receive a message: "I'm sorry, I couldn't wait for you, I'm leaving you for another", or you show up at the bar where you were meeting with your friends and you receive another SMS where it says: "we can't stand you, find other colleagues". The technology needed to do it has been developed by Siemens, they call it electronic graffiti and it consists of a system to be able to anchor SMS messages to a certain geographical point. When the person reaches that point, they receive the message. The system has already been tested in Linz (Austria) at the Ars Electronica Center.
