LG Pocket Photo 2.0 is the portable printer for those photos you take from your smartphone
Photo printers seem to have regained some of their splendor at this CES with the appearance of models such as the Polaroid or this new device from LG, which has introduced its Pocket Photo 2.0.
This second version of the LG portable printer will allow us to obtain printed copies of the photos that we take especially with the mobile phone and that we will be able to show to friends and family quickly and in a 2 x 3 inch format (5.08 x 7.62 cm). The finish of the photos is somewhat different from that when we take them, with a certain saturation of colors on many occasions, something almost forgivable in a printer of these dimensions.
To print the photo we will need to install the LG application on our mobile device (it is for iOS, Android and even Windows Phone, quite a surprise), and in it we can cut the image and connect to the printer via NFC or Bluetooth.
Printed photos are not exactly cheap. The printer will go on sale in the United States in the coming months - there is no specific date - for $ 149, and packages of photo paper go to $ 15 for 30 of those printed captures. Fortunately, there are no more associated costs, as there are no cartridges or toners.
