The Nokia 9 PureView, and its mysterious five cameras, can be seen on video showing all its features
We have been listening for several months, and seeing, the rumor that Nokia is preparing a new smartphone that would have five cameras on the back, an interesting bet and that at first seemed false, since it must be admitted, who needs five cameras in a smartphone?
Well, today Evan Blass, the famous @evleaks, published what seems to be the first image of this mysterious device, which he claims will be called Nokia 9 PureView. This would coincide with the recent purchase of the 'PureView' brand by HMD, which would bring back to life that technology that gave life to devices such as the Nokia 808 and the Lumia 1020, among others.
Android One and fingerprint sensor under the screen
The image confirms the five sensors that would be accompanied by an LED flash and what appears to be a sensor, whose function is unknown until now. Also, we can see that there is a reduction in the frames and there would be no 'notch', in addition to having a fingerprint sensor on the screen and it would come with Android One.
Here is what appears to be the first real image of the rumored Nokia with five rear cameras, where the really interesting thing is not that the cameras are confirmed, but that it will be Android One, it will not have a notch and it will have a fingerprint sensor under the screen. Minutes after the publication of this image, the mysmartprice site published what appears to be the promotional video for this Nokia 9 PureView, which shows us in all its splendor the device and much of its features.
Of course, the most interesting thing is the use that would be given to its five cameras, which would be equipped with ZEISS optics, since they assure us that we would have the ability to take five simultaneous shots that would offer us up to ten times greater efficiency in shots with little light as well as playing with the blur afterwards.
As for the rest of the specifications, the video tells us that we would have wireless charging and would come with a 5.99-inch 'PureDisplay' panel with 2K resolution and support for HDR10, in addition to a fingerprint reader under the screen. Inside we would have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
As for the operating system, the video confirms the arrival of Android One in its version 9.0, Android Pie, as well as two years of guaranteed updates. Finally, it is said that this Nokia 9 PureView would be announced in the coming days during the month of January, thus ruling out its arrival at MWC 2019 as it had been said at the beginning.
Of course we will be attentive to any news.
